Join fellow alumni and friends for a pasta making class at Sur La Table, Old Orchard. Once you learn how easy it is to make fresh pasta at home, you’ll want to say ciao to pre-packaged noodles forever. Whisk, sauté, and sizzle to spice up your skills, then enjoy the delicious meal you’ve cooked with a refreshing glass of vino. Class Details:

- Homemade Pasta Dough Egg Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter Sauce
- Pappardelle with Bolognese
- Blood Orange Hazelnut Fennel Salad
