It will be a space for us to collectively explore what resiliency looks like when the future feels uncertain and learn as well as share strategies around building mental flexibility, managing stress, and staying anchored in our values and priorities. Our facilitators will also discuss the importance of intentional pivoting during uncertain times and how such changes can lead to growth, clarity, and renewed sense of direction.
