Hop Into Wellness: Cardio Blast with Sweat From Home

Join Hopkins alumni and friends for an energy-boosting morning workout with the co-founders of Sweat From Home, Kyle & Brendan. Participants can expect a 45-min cardio focused class with bodyweight-only exercises and higher rep counts that will get your heart rate up and challenge your body! Modifications and options are always provided based on athlete skill level.

No equipment is necessary, but water, a towel, and a yoga mat are recommended.
