2019 Gynecologic Cancer Survivorship Conference: Thriving through Education and Connection

The Kelly Gynecologic Oncology Service in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Johns Hopkins University and the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at Sibley Memorial Hospital invite you to join us for an inspiring day of learning and connecting with fellow survivors, warriors, their caregivers, families, and friends. The program agenda includes talks on clinical trials, the latest advances in gynecologic cancer care, the importance of genetics, the use of mistletoe, treatment of side effects, nutrition, exercise, writing about your journey, becoming an advocate, as well as sessions on each of the gynecologic cancers and specifically geared to the caregiver. The day begins and ends with gynecologic cancer survivors and their caregivers sharing their stories and wisdom. Throughout the day there are opportunities to meet other survivors, their caregivers and family members over coffee at the continental breakfast, between sessions, in the hall, or during lunch.  We hope that you leave the day not only having learned about gynecologic cancer care, but also with a new personal connection to the wonderful KGOS community. Discounted rooms are available at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel.  Please call 410-547-1200 and reference the Gynecologic Cancer Survivorsip Conference.
